We offer all customers a free, no-obligation initial consultation, advice and measuring service. We will also provide a free estimate based on your choice of flooring.

Supply & Fit

Our team of craftsmen are trained and qualified to supply and fit all floor coverings. However, if you’d prefer us simply to supply you with your choice of flooring, we’re happy to do so. Equally, if you already have a carpet and need professional help to fit it, give us a call.

Samples

If you’d like to look at samples in your own time, we can arrange for samples to be sent directly to you.

Safety measures

Covid-19 safety measures are in place to protect both you and our staff.

Furniture Removal

We clear your furniture from the room when we come to fit your new carpet, and replace it when we’ve finished. We always tidy up after ourselves, and we will vacuum all floors before and after fitting new flooring, to make sure the site is clear and clean.

Doors

We’ll carefully shave the bottom of any door which won’t clear a new carpet, once it has been laid.

Repairs

If the surface on which the new flooring is to be laid is uneven or damaged, we´ll repair it. We´ll screw down any loose wooden floor boards, and cover them with hard board if necessary to make sure your new flooring is smooth and even. If the uneven floor is concrete, we offer a screeding service to make the floor a level and smooth surface on which to put the new flooring. We can repair and re-stretch your existing carpets or move them from one room, to another. If you´re moving house, we can take up your existing carpets and refit them in your new home.

Cables

If you´d like us to hide your surround-sound cables under your carpet, to make the room tidy, safe and clutter-free, just ask.

Recycling & Sustainability

We are committed to recycling and reusing materials wherever possible. All the underlay we use is made from recycled products, we use recycled paper in the office, and we are doing everything we can to ensure that the carpets we take up are recycled, where possible.

Disposal

We hold a Waste Licence, which means we can take up, take away and dispose of your old flooring, if you’d like us to do so.
